When will I receive the confirmation for my registration/s?
Upon receipt of the official request, we will process and confirm your registration within 24 working hours.
How can I settle the fees?
The account can be settled by:
- Bank Transfer
- Cheque
- Cash
- Credit Card
What do the Fees include?
The fee for the course includes instruction materials, documentation, lunch, snacks, coffee/tea. Accommodation charges are not included in the Course Fees.
What is the daily timing for Seminars?
The seminars are typically run from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm inclusive of coffee/ tea breaks.
Will I receive any proof that I completed the course?
At the end of each seminar, a Certificate of Attendance will be issued to delegates who attend and successfully complete the programme.
Where do you usually conduct your seminars?
Interlink Courses are usually held at five & Seven star hotels in various global business destinations, Beirut, Cairo, Dubai, Beirut, Syria, Turkey, Kuala Lumpur, Thailand, London & Paris.

Cancellation Policy:
To maximize the effectiveness of our training sessions, Interlink limits the number of attendees per class, Substitutions may be made at any time — please advise in advance.
· Registrants who have been confirmed for specific training sessions may reschedule or cancel reservations without penalty up to ten business days before the scheduled class start date either by calling Interlink Registrar at (002.02.376.224.24), or via email to info@interlink-training.com ,or with sufficient lead time ,Fourteen Days, by written notification.
· Individuals who cancel a confirmed registration less than ten business days before the class and fail to provide a qualified replacement to fill the enrollment will be billed for 30 percent of the full tuition fee.
· Individuals who cancel a confirmed enrollment less than five business days before the class and fail to provide a qualified replacement to fill the enrollment or those who fail to appear for training as scheduled will be billed for 100 percent of the full tuition fee.
· Interlink reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any scheduled center-based training class upon ten business days notice to confirmed registrants.
· Registrants may then enroll in the next available offering of the course, or cancel the registration.
· In the event of cancellation by Interlink, any payment made for the cancelled class will be refunded.
· If a Training class is cancelled by Interlink due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (e.g. weather, natural disaster), the Customer is entitled to a full class credit which must be used within 3 months of the date of the original class for another class offered by Interlink-Training & Consultation.
· If Interlink cancels a Training class for any other reason, the Customer is entitled to a full refund.
